Beds are available within twin en-suite bedrooms from 8 September for the full academic year. The rent is €214 per person per week, with all utility bills and Wi-Fi included. You can reserve one bed space or both beds if booking with a friend. Each twin bedroom contains two beds and a private en-suite bathroom. The rooms are located within two- or three-bedroom apartments, with a shared kitchen and living area. This is a professionally managed student residence in Dublin 8, well located for students attending Trinity College Dublin, RCSI, TU Dublin and UCD. The gated campus has 24-hour security, a fitness room, library access and free underground bicycle and car parking. Each apartment has a furnished living and dining area, controllable heating and a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. There is also an on-site maintenance team and laundry facilities costing €4.50 per wash and €3 per dry. Payment is required in full before moving in.
