I’m a female working professional in my early 30s looking for a friendly and tidy roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment on Cork Street. The available room is a bright double bedroom with a separate bathroom (not en-suite). The living and kitchen areas are shared, and the apartment is modern, comfortable, and in a great location — just 5 minutes from St. Patrick’s Cathedral, around 15 minutes to Camden Street, and about 20 minutes’ walk to St. Stephen’s Green. Electricity and WiFi are the only bills. Move-in date is flexible, ideally from November 10th but flexible with move in date. Initially looking for someone for 6 months, but this can be extended if it’s a good fit.
