A fully fitted kitchen with additional TV and a large main bathroom including a utility room with washing machine, Dryer and down stairs bathroom. There is 1 large double room available with Ensuite for one year or more. The bedroom is warm and cozy and includes large wardrobes and storage facilities, a large desk and chair and new double bed and mattress. There is good ventilation and house is also fitted with several smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms and security alarm for extra safety. There is also a beautiful garden area which is ideal for Summer Bbq's or just an additional place to sit and relax and unwind. Bills are not included in rent and are split evenly among all housemates. There are currently 3 females living here and would probably best suit another female. Also open to mature students. Spindlewood estate in Carlow is a quiet but very elegant development with a friendly and safe modern vibe and surrounded by all the amenities that Carlow town has to offer including (15 minutes walk to Dunnes Carlow, 7 minute drive to Dublin motor way, and also close to all bus routes and public transport.
