St. Anne's on Seaview Road is just 200m from the sea. Wicklow Town Centre is a 5 minutes walk, as is the Black Castle, Wicklow Harbour and Travelahawk Beach. The House has super views of the Golf Course and the sea. There is ample room for parking.
