5 NIGHT LETTING - Sunday evening to Friday morning only. Would suit someone who travels home for weekends. THIS LETTING DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS. This is a clean and peaceful house in Cornelscourt:/Foxrock which has been newly renovated. The room is En-suite with a double bed for single letting. The house is bright and sunny with a large back garden that gets the evening sun. I am an owner occupier who works from home. I like the house to be clean, tidy and peaceful. Bills included in rent I also have a pet cat who is part of the household so you must be ok with a furry friend. Transport St Brigids Park is just off the N11 (the exit at the large AIB in Cornelscourt ) and also a short distance from the M50 Carrickmines and Leopardstown exits. Cornelscourt, Cabinteely and Foxrock villages are all within a short walk, as is Cabinteely Park. Carrickmines Luas park and ride is a 5 min drive /20 walk and the N11 has a bus corridor into the city centre. There is street parking in the estate.
