Single room available in 3 bedroom house in Dublin 8, looking for a new housemate to join our home. The room is small as shown but the house is roomy and homely, with an enclosed garden out the back that is lovely to sit in when we get the sun. It is ideally located close to many nearby cafés, restaurants and shops. We are just a 20 minute walk to Stephens Green and also within walking distance to the city centre. You would be sharing with two people in their late 20s and early 30s both working Mon - Fri. We are a friendly household who enjoy a balance of socialising together some evenings, watching shows and the odd glass of wine together, while other times enjoying our own hobbies and time apart. We are a pretty tidy crew who all help out with the household tasks and are looking for somebody on a similar wavelength. Some info about the bills currently; - 23.00 Internet - 9.00 Bins - electricity and gas is variable, our last bill was 130pp for 2 months - 50.00 for a cleaner every 9 weeks (she comes every 3 weeks and we take turns paying)
