It's a very peaceful and family friendly house and neighbours. The house is just refurbished and almost all furniture, accessories, beddings and kitchen equipments are new. The bus stop coming from city centre and university is just in front of the house while the bus going to centre and university is 2-3 mins walk away. 2 bus routes and especially bus F3 is every 10 mins during the day and goes up to 15mins for late at evenings and early mornings. The Dublin airport is about 15mins by car and less than an hour by bus. The house is equipped and furnished with all basic household needs as it shows in the photos. The room is a Double bed with a private ensuite bathroom. For 1: €230 per week For 2 persons or a couple: €290 per week There's 4 weeks deposits and 2 weeks rent in advance.
