Ideally located close to Clondalkin Village, Grange Castle Business Campus, and only a short stroll to several buses linking you to Trinity College, UCD, TU Dublin etc. All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) You do not have to pay any security deposit. The rate for the room is €150 per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance. The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for the full academic year.
