Hi, Lovely double bedroom available in a two-bedroom apartment from 1st December. Sole use of external bathroom with bath, in the hallway, just across the bedroom. Apartment is in a new apartment building, 1st floor, in a nice area in Portmarnock, 2 min walk from train station and 15 min walk to the beach. Apartment is quiet, spacious, has a balcony and is well kept. Apartment is shared with myself (I’m in the second bedroom). I’m 39 years old female, Croatian originally, working in city centre. I go into the office 4 days in a week. I’m looking for someone who is easy going, tidy and respectful of common shared areas (kitchen and living room). This would suit someone where place of work is outside of flat. No house parties, no smoking. Looking preferably a female. Rent is 1,100, bills are shared. Electricity is about 70 a month, gas is no more than 100 a month, in summer it’s 25-40 a month. Other bills (internet etc) are included in the rent. Deposit is 1,080.
