One double room availible for rent in a shared house on Stillorgan Grove, Blackrock. Situated 500m from Stillorgan village and a 5 min walk from the E1, E2, L25, 7b and 7d bus routes. Sharing with 2F, 1M, all in mid 20s and working locally. The house has two comfortable living rooms, large kitchen and dining room, utility room and 4 total bathrooms (this room will be sharing the main bathroom with one other person). The bedrooms are furnished with beds (including mattresses), wardrobes, nightstands and lamps. There is a spacious back garden with patio furniture, secure bicycle storage in a side shed, all white goods (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and plenty of other shared appliances) and parking both in the driveway and on the road outside. The rent is €1200 per month, the bills are not included and will cover electricity/gas, bins, 5G wifi, security alarm and TV license. There will also be a maid who comes twice a month to clean the common areas. The room is available from 1st Feb and rent must be paid along with a deposit of one months rent.
