One Room at Stoneybatter Place The room is nicely furnished, with a westward facing window. It features a double bed, a cupboard, a desk, heating and an individual bathroom. Seperate, shared kitchen and living room. The house also features a gym and a washing room as well as a study area. All shared areas are managed by house staff and therefore very clean. There are multiple, very friendly, very internationally mixed room mates. All of them are cleanly, take good care of the apartment and are nice to talk to. Stoneybatter is close to the city centre (20 minute walk to Temple Bar and 30 to Trinity College) but still fairly quiet and not too noisy. On the street are multiple shops and very nice restaurants as well as bars. There is a bus line directly downtown situated right outside the door.
