Dublin Host Families are proud to offer a bedroom in this stunning semi detached property located only 9 kilometres from Dublin City Centre. Ideally situated close to UCD, DIAT, National Rehabilitation Hospital, and only a short stroll to many bus routes linking you to Dublin City Centre and beyond. All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (1 weeks rent) The rate for the room is €220 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.
