Two clean, well-organized, friendly women looking for a third similar person to occupy the spare room. We´re offering a furnished double bedroom (built in wardrobe, double bed, bedside locker) with a small balcony, in a fully furnished, spacious apartment. There´s a shared bathroom with one person. We would like someone for long-term to share with us this homey accommodation. We´re living in a calm, friendly area on the 3rd floor of the building with lovely neighbours. The apartment is located: • 3 min. from Malahide Train Station • 4 min. from bus to City Centre or Dublin Airport • 10 min. walk to Malahide Beach (can go by bus too) • 8 min. from Malahide Park and Castle Gardens As we are in the village, there are many facilities like coffee shops, restaurants, beauty salons, physio, Pilates as well. Rooftop with view of the bay and of the village available to 3rd floor apartments. Beautiful sunsets can be observed on our side of the building. Pets are not allowed.
