The villages of Raheny & Clontarf are nearby for cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, swimming, yoga studios, etc. H1/H2/H3/6 bus route stops right outside the apt and the dart station is a 10 min walk away/2 minute drive. An ideal opportunity for someone who appreciates living beside the coast & nature, yet within close proximity to town. It really is the best area to live in Dublin!
