4 nights a week -Spacious room 4 nights per week between Monday and Friday for one individual Letting for 8 months Available from September to end of June. Rent is not charged should the room be vacated over Easter and Christmas terms. With king sized bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers Study table and chair . Would suit an individual requiring accommodation during the week but not at weekends. House is a short walk to local dart which bring you to Trinity College within 25 mins 0 Buses to UCD and IADT are a few minutes walk away . Journey to IADT 15 minutes , UCD 40 minutes. This is a house share with one other person , located in a lovely coastal safe neighbourhood close to shops cafes buses and dart with lovely beaches nearby. Bills included - (morning and evening heating), WIFI.
