This is a warm home in a safe neighbourhood a few minutes walk to the train station, Tesco, Lidl and SuperValu, and 6 minutes drive to the M11. Home is owner occupied and two other tenants lives in the house. Two small, friendly dogs live in this house so you must be a dog person. Occupants are friendly and liberally minded. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Strictly: No smokers No vapers No drugs Very important. Looking for someone who: - Is a dog person. You must be extremely comfortable with dogs. - Is very clean. Applicants who are considered will be asked for references and proof of ability to pay rent. Applicants will be subject to a background check. Please note that there is no parking available in the driveway or on the street but if you have a car, you could park at the entrance to the estate (less than 1 min walk).
