You are welcome to stay for a shorter period if you want. Potential to extend to a longer period but not guaranteed. Parking not included. Please note that there is no parking available in the driveway or on the street with this room. Electricity, heating, ultrafast WiFi, and bins included in rent. A cleaner comes in once a week and this cost is divided between all housemates. The cost per person is €34 every four weeks. Detached house with garden. Home is equipped with voice controlled and app controlled lighting, blinds, security cameras and heating system. House is alarmed. There are two shared bathrooms in the house. This is a warm home in a safe neighbourhood a few minutes walk to the train station, Tesco, Lidl and SuperValu, and 6 minutes drive to the M11. Occupants are friendly and liberally minded.
