Single room available in family home close to TCD etc… We are located in Sundrive between Dublin 12, Dublin 6 and Dublin 6W. You will find everything at our doorsteps like takeaways, restaurants, local pubs, coffee shops, retail stores, and a big Supervalu supermarket across the road. Eamonn Ceannt Park is literally just a few steps away from the house, an ideal place for meeting your friends, walking, working out or running. This is an excellent choice of accommodation close to the city Buses are direct to the city centre e.g Trinity College and many colleges and business parks in Dublin. You can also walk to the city center in 35 mins. The Grand Canal is nearby, it is lovely for a walk and grab a coffee from Portobello to Grand Canal Dock. Our house is well decorated, modern and spacious. The room you will be renting is clean and bright with a single bed, chests of drawers, wardrobe, and mirror. There is also a heater and a window with curtains. The shared bathroom has a bath, a WC, and a hand wash basin. Our modern kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils you can use for cooking/preparing meals. We have two cats that occasionally come into the house and a dog that is a permanent member.
