The room: Spacious bright double bedroom available immediately. The apartment is a three bed room all with en-suits located in Heuston South Quarter. Tenant with have their own en-suite with shower. Room comes with storage and sunlight. **Pictures will be available tomorrow and can be sent directly to anyone that gets in touch** The apartment: itself includes a a large shared kitchen/ dining/ living room, 2x small balconys and lots of sunlight. Secure under ground parking available on request for additional 100 euro. Bills are not included in the rent. You will be sharing with two females in the 30s. We are looking for a like minded flatmate [clean, tidy, Non smoker/ nonvaper], in their 30s, working 9-5 ideally. We are have very busy schedules but can chill and catch up in the evenings but equally happy to give each other space.
