Single room available in family home sharing with married couple and two kids, we are a lively busy household but quiet in the evenings. Room has a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside locker. Use of family bathroom is shared with the family but rarely used by us as we have an en suite and the kids tend to use that one too. Room has a seaview. We have ample living space and two separate living rooms, we also have a large back garden. Sutton dart station is a two minute walk from the house and it is 20 minutes to the city centre. Supermarket, cafes, bars, shops, beach and Howth all within walking distance. Rent includes bills, shorter stays considered. 350 deposit required. NB not a houseshare, this is room in a family home. short term rentals considered- FEMALES ONLY .
