This downstairs room has a small-double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and exclusive access to the downstairs shower. The desk and chair shown in the picture is not included with the property. The kitchen-living area is spacious with plenty of appliances including a dishwasher and 55 inch TV. The other two tenants who have been living at this property for up to 3 years, are men in their mid 20s working both in-office and from home.
