This accommodation is in a quiet Family home and more suited for a Female student. The Bedroom has just recently been redecorated and fitted with lots of storage and a desk /dressing table for studying, it is a lovely bright warm room and would make for a lovely home from home atmosphere for a student. Tallaght university is walking distance from this house. We are suituated just 5 minutes walk from the luas Red Line and buses into the city centre. The house is fitted with lots of modern applicances and WIFI is supplies and bills included in the rent. The main bathroom is upstairs  and fitted with a shower. There is also a small WC downstairs . There is a nice outdoor space to relax when weather permits , Our local shopping mall is Kilnamanagh and it includes Dunnes Store. Pharmacy and book store along with hair and nail salon and it is located in the housing estate for easy shopping, Lidi & Aldi are both walking distance, The Square Retail Mall is only short walk or Luas ride just 4 stops.  All publlic amemidities i.e public park and local gym & swimming pool and the library are all very close.  Kilnamanagh is a very mature and friendly, safe place to live,
