Beautiful furnished house city centre/close. It's spacious and has full sun in the garden all day.Furthermore large kitchen, living room, garage, shed, parking lot, spacious bathroom. Room is a bit on the small side, however cost, location and privacy compensate this. Storage of stuff in garage and under bed is an option. Current tenants living in the house two girls both 25, 1 guy 38. All three of us work on spot. In case you work remotely livingroom can be used besides your own room to work too. Looking for a man who likes to have a chat and keeps the house tidy as well. Cheers
