One large double bedroom (€800/month) OR a smaller single (€650/month), each with private bathroom facilities. The other room/bathroom will be owner occupied. The house is located literally a minute’s walk from the harbour and approximately 10 minutes to the town centre and bus stops. Rush is well connected for commuting into the city centre and Swords, or north to Skerries, Balbriggan etc. The house itself is detached and has a large living room and kitchen, a private garden and an outside balcony. It has 2 parking spaces outside (not officially allocated but never any problem) and is in a quiet, friendly area. There is high speed internet, Eir tv, a washing machine and tumble dryer. The room is available to rent from mid September until the end of May. You will be living with the owner (female) and 3 dogs. For that reason, I’m afraid no other pets can be accepted. A female would be preferred. The double room has a wall-mounted tv, built-in wardrobe, desk and chair, two chest of drawers and two bedside cubes. This comes with sole use of the main bathroom with bath and over-bath electric shower. The single room has a built-in wardrobe and built-in shelving, and a storage unit. The bed does pull out into a double if required but it doesn’t leave much extra room. It currently has an electric keyboard with stool, chair and pouffe, but these are optional!
