Double En-Suite available in Blackrock House is modern, cosy, and has an easy going atmosphere. Within walking distance of Blackrock Main street, and 5 minute walk to Seapoint DART with multiple bus routes directly outside the house (4,7,7a, S8) and further in Blackrock village. Permit parking is available around the corner for €40 annually. Bills are included and this covers a fortnightly cleaner. Looking for a relaxed and friendly male for occupancy of the room. Two people living in the house and it is owner occupied. Owner is female and travels often and has rented rooms for 10+ years, other tenant also travels frequently. Please include a little about yourself in your interest in your application. Hybrid working is welcome but not for the communal areas of the house (kitchen and dining room).
