Some geographical details-15 minute drive to Sligo IT or Sligo University Hospital or FAS, 5 min drive to Collooney or 10 min drive to Ballisodare, 30 minutes drive to Knock Airport, 10 minutes drive to mountain bike trails (either Union Wood or Coolaney National Mountain Bike Trails) and under 20 mins (back route) drive to Strandhill National Surf Centre or Dunmorrin Strand. In addition Bus Eireann stops outside the property (covers Galway, Donegal, Sligo and Derry routes). Easy car and motorhome parking and space for mountain bikes and surfboards available. House is within walking distance of a secluded walkway (about 8 km). Large garden with 6 ft fences and reinforced concrete in addition for keeping dogs enclosed at the property.
