Very large double room with ensuite available in Terenure Hi! We are two girls in our mid 30s looking for someone to join our house in Terenure, as our housemate is moving out. The room is a large double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. The house is spacious, with a big kitchen, living room and dining area, so there’s plenty of space to relax and have your own space too. We’re both friendly and easy going and like having a nice, relaxed and clean home. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and wants a comfortable house share. The house is in a great area in Terenure, with shops, cafes, buses and everything you need nearby. Rent: €1,250 per month Bills: approximately €50 per month Deposit: €1,250 Parking: Free parking included with rent. Available: From the 23rd October Viewings: From next week of 13 October If you’re interested, send us a message with a little bit about yourself and what you’re looking for in a house share 😊
