We are looking for a female tenant to join our friendly home (current tenants are two females, aged 29 and 32), ideally as soon as possible and no later than 15 July. Location * Just a 2-minute walk to the Gallops Luas stop, with frequent trams providing excellent access to the city centre. * Leopardstown Shopping Centre is around a 10-minute walk away for supermarkets, cafés and other everyday essentials. * One parking space is included with the apartment and is currently available by arrangement with the other flatmates. About the apartment * Modern, well-maintained and newly furnished * Large en-suite bedroom, king size bed * Pet-friendly (small, house-trained pets welcome; a small monthly pet fee applies) About the home We currently have a young puppy who is being house-trained and learning to socialise, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys dogs and is patient with puppies. Please note * The management company requires a minimum monthly in-come of €2500. * We are looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and considerate of shared spaces.
