A bright double room is becoming available in our spacious flat in Grand Canal. You’ll be taking over my spot and sharing with two other flatmates—a girl and a guy in their late 20s to mid-30s. Both are professionals working in the tech industry, so we’re looking for another young professional who is easy-going. The Room & Apartment The room gets plenty of natural light and comes fully furnished with a king-size bed, two nightstands, and a large built-in closet. You’ll share a big, modern bathroom (which includes a bathtub) with just one other person. The apartment itself is quite generous in size. There’s a large open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, and a separate utility/storage room with a washer and dryer. The absolute highlight, though, is the balcony. It’s a great spot to relax, especially in the summer when it gets direct sun from the afternoon until late in the evening. The Building & Neighborhood The building has a great community feel. There are regular resident events and a weekly running club if you’re looking to get involved. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat; you’re surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, and it’s a very short walk to many of the major tech offices. It’s well-connected by public transport, though most of the city center is within easy walking distance. A few extra details: -Utilities: Not included in the rent; they usually average around €60 per month. -Parking: There is a parking garage in the building available for an additional cost.
