We're looking for a roommate to move in from the end of June / beginning of July, and could stay for flexible around 2 - 6 months. * The apartment is modern and well maintained, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony facing the Aviva Stadium. * The room available is a fully furnished double room with a large non-attached bathroom (you won't be sharing with anyone though!) * Location: Its a 2-min walk to Grand Canal Dock Dart station. You couldn‘t be more centrally located - next to Google, Bord Gais Theatre, numerous businesses, bars, cafes, restaurants. You can walk to Grafton Street or Sandymount within 15 mins. * Price: 1,100 per month (excluding bills - internet and electricity) * Your future roommates: 1 in Tech and 1 in his PhD (2M). * Who are we looking for: No categorical preferences, we'd expect you to be considerate about your flatmates work/life schedule, overall high bar of cleanliness, respect public and personal space.
