The apartment is my own main residence and I will continue to live here (sometimes i am on travel). The new housemate will have a private bedroom and private bathroom, while the living room and fully equipped kitchen are shared. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and curtains and has views towards the Sugar Loaf mountain and surrounding Wicklow countryside. Available: 5 October 2026 to 05 Januar 2027 minimum rental time: 2 month, maximum 3 month Rent: €280 per week Deposit: No deposit required Rent payment: whole period (2 or 3 month) in advance Possible extension: By mutual agreement The monthly rent includes electricity, heating/hot water and normal household utilities. A cleaner comes approximately once every two weeks. The cost of the cleaner is shared equally between both occupants and is payable separately according to the actual cost. The room is suitable for a student or working professional looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable home. A female housemate is preferred due to the shared-home arrangement. I am looking for someone who is: - clean, tidy and considerate - a non-smoker - respectful of a quiet household Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment. Parties are not permitted. There is no dedicated parking space included, but public parking is available in the surrounding area. Marina Village is beside the harbour and within walking distance of Greystones town centre and DART station. There is a direct DART connection to Dublin city centre.
