The Location: If you know Shankill, you know the location is great. - 2 mins walk to the bus and 10 mins walk to the DART (handy if you’re commuting into the city). - Tesco and Lidl are right on the doorstep. - Shanganagh Park, the tennis club, and the beach are all within a few minutes' walk for when the evenings get brighter. The Setup: I’m looking for someone quiet, clean, and easy-going. Since the place is newly refurbished, I’m really looking for a responsible person who will treat the home with respect.
