The house is owner occupied, you would be sharing with a female in her 30’s plus an indoor cat and a dachshund puppy so must be pet friendly. I work from home so ideally someone who doesn’t work from home often. The room is a spacious double with a large window, built in sliding wardrobes and under bed storage. The main upstairs bathroom will be the renters private bathroom. The initial rental period is for six months but I’d be happy to extend if it works out for everyone.
