The Brook, Mountfield, Tramore, Waterford, Tramore, Co. Waterford

Single room to rent in a new build home in The Brook, Tramore. It’s a three bed, three bath house with a garden and deck. Close to a bus stop with parking available. The house is owner occupied, you would be sharing with a female and male in their 30’s plus an indoor cat and dog so must be pet friendly. The room has a single bed, desk, built in wardrobe and under bed storage. The main upstairs bathroom will be shared with one other. The initial rental period is for six months or less. Very happy to consider a Monday to Friday agreement. Please don’t call or email, please WhatsApp me on 0833802042 and tell me a bit about yourself to arrange a viewing :)
