The lease is a fixed term and lasts until the 14th of June Connolly station is a 5 minute walk away Trinity is about a 20 min walk Super close to Lidl, Tesco and SuperValux Dublin city center, Jervis Mall, Ilac center etc You will have your own room and a private bathroom. Kitchen/living room is shared with 6 other very respectful girls in their early to mid twenties. An Indian student could be suitable, as most of the girls living here are from India. Though everyone is welcome :) Wifi is included, gas an electricity is not and is usually about €30-50 depending on the usage and season. There is a laundromat in the basement operated by Circuit, there is also gated bike parking in the garage. There is CCTV and good safety measures. Rent HAS to be paid in two installments. Semester 1 (September 1st to January 24th) Is €5207, but you would be paying less since it’s calculated from your move-in date. Semester 2 (January 24th to June 14th) is also €5207.
