Phoenix Park only a 30 minute walk away or a 10 minute bus ride.
Very convenient to Trinity College, DBS, DIT and any of the language schools in the city centre (approx 15 minutes by bus). Also convenient to Maynooth college (approx 25 minutes by bus).There is a fabulous park just around the corner where you can go running/jogging or even bird watching. There is a gym beside the park also.
