The room has a wardrobe and access to an attached balcony and you will have access to your own bathroom. It’s a really warm, comfortable place to live, with bins included, concierge on site, shops and a gym right in the quarter, and the Luas less than a 10-minute walk away. Rent is €1,250 per month, with deposit the same. Bills are separate. You’d be sharing with me. I’m a woman in my early 30s, working from the office during the week, and I’m looking for someone sound, tidy, social, and easy to live with.
