Local amenities are Aldi, Dunnes Stores, different cafes, restaurants and FlyFit gym. The bedroom is comfortable with a double sized bed, wardrobe and working desk, full of light during the day. You will have your ensuite in your room and will be sharing an apartment with one female in her 30s. This room will suit a person who doesn't have a lot of stuff because the apartment is not big and there is no storage. Only the wardrobe in your room.
