Sharing with one other person(owner working professional) only. The house is in a very peaceful setting but is still only a 5 minute walk to the Citywest Luas stop. 5-10mn walk to Lidl. 15 mn walk to Citywest Shopping Centre. Luas Red Line stop a minute away (Dublin City centre to Saggart route). Tallaght Hospital/The Square/Tallaght IT are a 10 minute drive. Located close by N7 & M50 and all routes, Bills: Internet, Bins, Heating and Electricity are included in rent. This is a one person room. Please be a non-smoker which includes vapes. This is a one person room. I am seeking a mature, friendly, responsible and clean person. When contacting me please send an email with a little bit about yourself and why you would like to rent here.
