The property is a 3 bedroom house situated in Leopardstown, 2 min walk to the Gallops LUAS stop. You will have full access to your own private bathroom, however if we have guests (perhaps twice a month) we ask that it be used by guests and kept clean. Utilities included: Electricity, gas and internet. Storage: You will have access to our attic for storing small items Appliances: You will have access to the fridge, washing machine, dish washer etc Rules of our home -We are vegan and do not want any meat, dairy, eggs prepared in our kitchen or using our utensils. This will be included in the contract and will be enforced. -No smoking on the property Amenities There is a Dunnes close by, and an Aldi a few stops away on the LUAS.
