Please note: This is not an advertisement for a spare room, I am looking to identify likeminded people who would wish to go and source an apartment share with me. The attached photos are only an example of the type of apartment that I am looking to share. I have also included some details below about what type of person I'm looking for as well as the type of accommodation, budget and so on. I'm a full time working professional (Irish male) in my mid to late 20s and I'm looking for likeminded individuals who would want to band together and search for an apartment to share. I think we can all agree that searching for a house share can often feel like Russian roulette and I hope to avoid that with this approach! I would describe myself as very clean, friendly and considerate of others. My work keeps me busy throughout the week and I value having a relaxed and comfortable place to come home to in the evenings. I'm also not a party person and take it fairly easy at the weekends. The most important thing I am looking for is someone who is considerate of their other roommates and contributes to keeping the apartment a clean, friendly and welcoming space. I'm not particularly fussy in terms of gender and so on but would prefer someone in their mid to late 20s. I don't expect us to become best friends but it would be nice to sit down and have a cup of coffee/tea every now and then, whilst also respecting everybody's own space! In terms of apartment logistics, I would prefer to rent somewhere on the south side but am not completely closed off to other suggestions. I am open to either a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment share and I would estimate the cost for one individual's portion of the rent to be 1,100 - 1,300.
