Looking for a non-smoker to share a house with 3 male full time workers, double room available for rent. Current occupants are in their late twenties and thirties. We’re looking for someone who’s easygoing and respectful with the other housemates. Keep things clean and tidy—especially in shared spots like the kitchen and bathroom—and just follow the simple house rules. Located close to Ballincollig Town, easy access to the link, 220 bus stop near the house. Separate bills to split are gas/electricity, bins and broadband. The room is available to move into from the 13th of June and is only available for a maximum of 6 months. It will require one months rent (550), plus deposit.
