Private bedroom available from November 1st in a spacious 5th Floor apartment in Kilmainham. Incredibly nice location with a nearby Supervalu, Coffee Shop, Gym, and an 8 minute walk to Heuston train station and the Luas line. You will share the apartment with a single Irish male and a single French female in their late 20s/early 30s. The room does not have an ensuite, but we very rarely use the main bathroom, so that will mostly be yours to use. We're looking for somebody tidy, clean and respectful. This is not a party house, and pets are not allowed unfortunately. There is an underground car park, but you must enquire about current availability this with the building management (at an additional cost). If you're interested please tell us a bit about yourself.
