Hi there, One of our bedrooms needs a roommate! Bills are included in the price. Important: This is for females only and must love dogs! Two double beds in a spacious bedroom with En-suite bathroom shared only between the two people in the room. We are currently three people living in the apartment and looking for a fourth person to join us. Our location is on the Luas Green Line with the Ballaly Luas Station one minute away from the residence. It's really handy and fast to get into the city center. Dundrum shopping center and all its amenities is only about a 5-minute walk. Also, if you love nature, there are parks and rivers nearby, as well as pubs and restaurants if you prefer an active evening.
