We have a bright and cozy double bedroom available from 1 June in a shared 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in The Island complex, located in the lovely area of Chapelizod. The apartment is very well looked after and has a beautiful view of the River Liffey from the living room. The apartment includes: • In-unit washer and dryer • Large communal living space • Balcony overlooking the River Liffey • Great location beside cafés, pubs, a Spar, and a pharmacy You would be sharing with two professionals (one male and one female) in our early 30s, both working in the NGO sector. We have a friendly, respectful, and warm atmosphere at home and would love to find someone who values a peaceful and considerate living environment too. Outside of work, we enjoy activities such as tennis, movies, walks, hiking, and cycling, and we occasionally spend time together as housemates. We are ideally looking for someone around our age who is professional, respectful, clean, and easygoing. We also value inclusivity and mutual respect in the household, so discriminatory attitudes would not be a good fit for the apartment.
