Double room with sole use of the main bathroom in the Kestrel Building in Heuston South Quarter. Heuston South Quarter is a modern apartment complex which is of a high standard, secure and well maintained. It is a two minute walk from Heuston station and the Royal Hospital Kilmainham. There are good transport connections at Heuston, including the Luas, and there is a Dublin Bike stand outside one of the blocks. There is a Supervalu on the ground floor of our block and there is an Insomnia, pharmacy, laundrette and management hub in the complex too. A 24-hour gym is also located in the complex. The apartment itself is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment. There is a large living room and kitchen, with a balcony with views onto the Royal Hospital grounds. Sharing with 2 (sound) professionals. Strictly non-smoking. All regular mod-cons. Virgin Media TV and internet. Bills (internet/tv, heating and electricity) are not included in the rent and are split evenly (works out at approx. €100 per person per month). We also get a cleaner in every two weeks - approx €20 a head. If required, parking is arranged seperately through the management company at €100 (additional) per month (although it is not guaranteed and there can be a few months' wait before a new space becomes available). We are preferably hoping to get a non-smoking person who intends to take the room for at least 12 months and ideally longer. We are pretty easy going so would be good to have someone of a similar nature. LGBTQ+ Friendly. If you are interested, please drop us a response and tell us about yourself, We are hoping to meet people over the next week or so (beginning 11 November). Our current housemate is due to move out at the end of November. The rent for November (€1000) plus a deposit of €550 would have to be paid in advance. The management company generally need to see the normal documents before formally adding you to the lease.
