There is Car Parking Space and a medium sized Patio Garden at the back of the house with a wooden Deck & ample lounging space. It is a 5 minute walk to Terenure village with numerous amenities, cafes, restaurants, Aldi, Lidl and Tesco It is about a 20 minute cycle to The City Centre (TCD), and a 10-15 minute cycle to the popular suburbs of Rathmines and Ranelagh. The area is serviced by 15 bus routes to the city centre. All 16 bus routes to Santry /Airport / DCU, and the 74 bus route to Dundrum Shopping Centre, UCD and Blackrock Dart Station. The room is furnished, (Double bed, leather couch, large desk, double shelves, walk in wardrobe). Rental price is €925 per month not including bills. (Bills average at 150 euros per month shared between 2/3 (Waste, Elect. & Gas only). Spring Summer ave 90p/m, For couples or sharing, rental price will increase to €1700 per month A guaranteed returnable deposit of €1500 (subject to damage inspection on termination of lease only) SHORT TERM OPTIONS AVAILABLE It is a strictly Non Smoking house and it is tidy. Shoes not worn in the house, dishes cleaned after use, (Not left in sink), no use of deodorants, sprays, candles or fragrances, general respect for fellow house members etc. basic upkeep of house expected. There is no TV in the living room, but housemate can use own in their room if required. (There is no TV License Bill) There is currently no house internet, we use our own tethering devices. There are quiet hours in the house from 10pm until 6am. If this does not suit your lifestyle then please don't apply. Looking for a short term let at first (with possibility of extension).
