The apartment is located opposite the Dundrum shopping center and near to Balally Luas stop The location is very convenience friendly with both the Dundrum and Ballaly Luas stop on either side of the apartment. The shopping center is opposite to the apartment that will help you avail of all the facilities with the likes of Tesco, M&S, Penneys and many other shopping outlets right opposite the apartment. There is Lidl and FlyFit gym in near walk of the apartment. It's a very safe and sound gated apartment block, cycle spots are available within the apartment if required You will be sharing the apartment with a 33-year-old male, professional. I am a very easy-going, social, and friendly person. I am a Manager in tech firm and currently doing a hybrid working model, so three - four days and rest from the office. I would like someone who is compatible with living as co-flatmates, keeps it clean and respect each other's space & privacy. The Rent is €1060 and the amount of deposit is €1000.
