We have a room available in our large, furnished house. The room available is a bright double room with plenty of storage. The house is in a great location with private tennis courts available to residents, close to UCD, 15min walk from the Luas stop, easy access to the M50 and very close to Dundrum Town Centre (25min walk). The 11 bus is very close so getting into town is very handy. There are 3 double bedrooms , kitchen, living/sitting room and garden. The house has three bathrooms, one being an ensuite and another under stairs toilet. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a car park space available also. Most importantly the other 2 occupants are both laid back women in their early thirties who have lived together for many years. We are looking for another responsible, tidy person. We enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space. The house and room are definitely worth viewing so give us an email if you are interested.
