The Marker Residences, Grand Canal Dock, Co. Dublin

We have a furnished double room for rent in our spacious and modern 3 bedroom apartment in The Marker Residences. Shared space includes a large living/dining room area and full kitchen. The kitchen includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher and adjoined pantry area. There is one bathroom to share in the apartment. There is also a roof garden which is shared with the other units in the building. There is no parking space, but there are spaces for rent in buildings nearby. You will be joining two young professional women who work in the area. We are both outgoing and active and would like to live with someone similar. Rent doesn't include bills which total around 80-90 per person each month.
